Chapter 6 – BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS

Sec. 6-1. – Technical codes enforced.
The town shall enforce the mandatory technical codes prescribed by the state building codes council.

Sec. 6-2. – Flood damage to public and private property.
The county Ordinance No. 1526, adopted November 6, 2007, as amended as of the date of adoption of this Code, is hereby adopted by reference on a permanent basis and declared to be as fully a part of this chapter as if set forth herein, with the following exceptions:
All reference to “unincorporated areas” shall apply equally to the town.
The responsibilities assigned to the zoning administrator shall be the responsibility of the planning commission.
